Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your KLAROVEX purchase.

For most online purchases, UK customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the item.

To request a return or refund, email klarovexltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for contacting us.

Items should be returned in reasonable condition and securely packaged.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Some products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including certain personalised or sealed hygiene products.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
